1. Prior box office / live event ticketing experience
2. Knowledge of Tickets.com Provenue ticketing application preferred
3. Great client/customer service experience
4. Ability to take direction and work unsupervised
5. PC skills and ability to learn new software
6. Math and accounting proficiency
7. Touch type and ten key abilities
8. Excellent time management skills
