MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two plus years' experience in administrative support or specialist role
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer services skills including the ability to interface with candidates for a wide variety of jobs and internal customers at all levels of the organization
- Ability to interpret and apply HR polices and guidelines
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and as a part of a team
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and other applications
- High School or equivalent required – BA/BS in Business, HR or related field preferred
- General understanding of Human Resources with a particular sensitivity to maintaining confidentiality required - Advanced training and/or certification in specific disciplines within HR preferred
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated experience using HR Management Systems, especially SAP
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including conditional formatting, pivot tables and performing calculations
- Experience using HR and Talent Management Systems especially SAP products including E-Recruiting, Enterprise Resource Planning and Manager Self-Service
- Exposure to the creation of job descriptions and survey matching
- Ability to calculate talent management metrics
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

5 years of experience in program coordination and/or management•
Knowledge of energy accounting, financing, and/or mathematics principles•
Ability to bring together individuals to work together collaboratively•
Experience coordinating and managing relationships with outside vendors•
Experience with trade organizations and/or community outreach•
Experience providing trainings and/or presentations to a range of audiences•
Excellent analytical skills, including advanced-level knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.•

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

BA/BS in marketing, business, engineering, or equivalent experience.•
Experience performing energy audits and/or knowledge of building systems•

Ability to analyze and present energy data
