Employment Security Department (ESD) is recruiting for two Employment Specialist - WorkSource Specialist 3 (WSS3) positions at WorkSource Rainier Affiliate. As designated specialists, these positions provide the entire range of re-employment services to unemployed customers including assessment, advising, coaching, job matching, job referrals and job development. These positions allow for our unemployed and/or underemployed customers to access other programs and services within the WorkSource system sooner than by normal process. The end result is that unemployment insurance (UI) claimants return to work or get enrolled in re-training in less time than normal and therefore shorten the length of time they are receiving UI benefits.
