| Working as part of a three-person team, this position will drive a van to an assigned location and collect ballots from voters following standard department procedures and election law. Duties include; answer basic voter questions; securely transport back to the King County Elections Building in Renton. Requires excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in in a diverse team environment; ability to stand for long periods of time in inclement weather conditions; ability to work with and provide exceptional customer service to the public; ability to bend, kneel, stand, reach, climb, stoop, squat; and the ability to lift 25 pounds. A valid Washington State Driver's License in good standing is required to operate King County vehicles; must be 21 years old. Schedule Thursday, July 30, 2015 - 8:00 am to 2:30 pm Saturday, August 1, 2015 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday, August 3, 2015 - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Tuesday, August 4, 2015 (Election Day) - 9:00 am to 9:00 pm |
