We are hiring for a food production company that is considered the second largest company in the world in their product. They have won awards for service and pride themselves in quality.

Shift: Day shift: 6am -- 4:30pm -- Monday -- Thursday
Pay: $10.40 an hour
Length: temp to hire
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
FILLER: Worker puts product into the bottom of a vacuum container.
PASTEURIZER LOADER: Sealed packages are grasped from a conveyor and placed onto a moving belt leading to the cooking process conveyor.
FREEZER LOADER: Sealed packages are taken from the conveyor and arranged onto moving belt leading to the freezer.
PACKER: Packaged product is moved from a conveyor and/or holding bin and placed into a fiber box. The box is pushed through a taping machine, then lifted and stacked onto a pallet.
PAR-FRY AND FRY LINE: Continual inspections and repairs during line operation.
Ability to properly prepare product for production per specifications, including accurate product weighing.
Responsible for preparing, adding and counting labels. Must be able to recognize proper coding and report deficiencies for corrections.
Evaluate bag seals and report deficiencies for corrections.
Understand proper procedure for reworking of product.
Operate case erector and/or manually construct and label boxes.
Accurate and timely recording and processing of all required paperwork.
Effective clean-up and sanitation of equipment per Standard Operating Procedures.
Train and assist team members.
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment and work well with others.
Flexible work schedules depending on production needs.
