Molly Moon’s Homemade Ice Cream is looking for smart, hard-working, friendly people to scoop ice cream this summer and beyond. This job beats the pants off other part time jobs! Molly Moon’s is an independent ice cream company creating and serving locavore ice cream and sorbets from organic and natural ingredients grown and produced in the Pacific Northwest. On an average day, our scoopers will be grooving to their own music while scooping up delicious gobs of salted caramel and balsamic strawberry to kids, friends & families in Seattle’s coolest neighborhoods… and we provide health insurance!
Must be at least 18yrs. of age.
- $11/hour starting wage + tips with incremental, merit based raises
- Health insurance for those who work 20+ hours/week for 60 days

Scooper Responsibilities
- Deliver great service
- Welcome and thank every customer
- Offer customers samples, menu suggestions, and add-ons with a smile
- Scoop scoops, make sundaes and mix shakes with love
- Keep calm and scoop on when it gets busy
- Welcome and thank every customer
- Share what’s awesome about Molly Moon’s: our ingredients, our farmers, our people
- Be curious and share what you’ve learned
- Bring music to work to contribute to the shop’s fun environment

- Hustle to keep shop looking great and fully stocked
- Continually stock ice cream, sorbet, waffle cones, and merchandise as it’s purchased
- Operate cash register; follow Molly Moon’s cash handling procedures
- Wash tubs and dishes throughout your shift
- Keep shop inviting and clean: inside and out, front and back
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines with care
- Other duties as assigned
- Continually stock ice cream, sorbet, waffle cones, and merchandise as it’s purchased
