Position Summary
The Recruiter position is responsible for full life cycle recruiting of Interpreters for InDemand Interpreting. The Recruiter must possess considerable skill in sourcing candidates and an understanding of interviewing and talent assessment. Additionally, it is necessary to a broad knowledge and understanding of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
Position Responsibilities:
- Source, screen and move Interpreter candidates through the InDemand Interpreting hiring process.
- Maintenance and updating of Applicant Tracking System
- Work with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and ensuring staffing levels are met
- Work with Human Resources to ensure new hire paperwork is completed and received in a timely manner
- Work with Human Resources to ensure audits are completed.
- Organize and maintenance of Internal Storage database.
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 2-4 years of experience
- Experience recruiting in interpreters or medical professionals
- Experience in fast-paced temporary staffing
