MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in an IT support or technical enviornment, or an equivalent combination of

education/experience.

• Familiar with various technology support tools (e.g. remote control problem management/problem tracking, network

monitoring devices)

• Knowledge of mobile technologies and trends as it pertains to end user productivity. Additional knowledge of security with

relation to mobile technologies expected.

• Strong knowledge and understanding of business processes.

• Understanding of project management disciplines to effectively arrange resources and manage multiple small-to-large
