Northwest Center - Seattle, WA Job Opening: Diversity Business Partner
The Diversity Business Partner will deliver integrated solutions to help imbed disability hiring and employee engagement competencies in to business units across our client’s organizations. This position is responsible for sourcing talent to fill all open needs related to this initiative. The role will require extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition across various functional areas and someone who excels at building and managing relationships with key stakeholders – including business leaders, hiring managers, HR and disability supply chain partners. The DBP will maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates with disabilities to meet aggressive hiring needs within the business units. The hiring needs will focus on roles within Administrative Support, Food Service, Mail/Copy Room, Security, Commercial Cleaning, plus other divisions as needed. This position will be located primarily in the South Lake Union area.
