Data Analyst position is responsible for the support of our reporting needs.  This role will work in collaboration with Senior BI Analyst, management and clinic staff. 

·        Designs and builds relational databases using MS BI Stack (SSIS/SSAS/SSRS).

·        Create and maintain a data dictionary is to standardize data content.

·        Maintain business intelligence models to design, develop and generate both standard and ad-hoc reports.

·        Develop standard reports and functional dashboards based on business needs.

·        Perform data warehouse design and modeling according to established standards.

·        Identifies data sources, constructs data decomposition diagrams, provides data flow diagrams and documents the process.

·        Generate reports for internal and external customers for business performance monitoring and business decision making.

·        Performs and interprets basic statistical analyses (time trends, run charts, etc.).

·        Gathers requirements from users and creates specifications and develops code.

 

EHR Trainer/Analyst is responsible for coordinating and conducting organization-wide training which demonstrates accurate and efficient use of the systems.  

·        Develop and refine training program and schedule, includes technical and workflow components as  they relate to use of the software.

·        Provide group and individualized instruction to assure staff proficiency on practice management. information system and electronic health record system use and their related workflows.

·        Develop and maintain teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials and reference works.

·        Coordinate training schedule with the hiring and training demands of the organization.

·        Reinforce HIPAA as it relates to electronic health, demographics and billing records.

·        Institute a system to evaluate effectiveness of training program for each position.

 

System Administrator will provide effective and responsive support to local and multi-clinic medical and dental users. Responsible for managing and supporting the organization Windows infrastructure, along with various network & application-based systems and structures, troubleshooting, & documenting IT functions.

·        Provide application and hardware support for all systems, including Electronic Health Records.

·        Manage IT infrastructure and security, including preventative maintenance, regularly scheduled updates and backups of Windows servers, databases and installed applications.

·        Evaluate and implement all new hardware and software systems.

·        Configure and optimizing switches, communication systems and VoIP system.

·        Assist with the evaluation and implementation of all technologies.

·        Develop, test and maintain all Business Continuity, bare-metal image and Disaster Recovery Plans.

·        Create network user accounts, user environments, directory structures, rights and security for accounts, and other applications requiring login credentials.

·        Create and update technical documentation and ensure that it is organized and available to others as needed.

·        Ensure proper parties are notified of all scheduled and unscheduled system events.

·        Proper disposal of unwanted data and physical data storage.

·        Maintain inventory on all hardware.
