| KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors and the public are required. • Strong working knowledge of Washington community and technical college HR business practices and policies or PeopleSoft HCM experience, preferably in higher education. • Solid desktop automation skills including effective use of e-mail, word processors, Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel spreadsheets, and the ability to use tools in conjunction with databases. • A team-oriented person with the ability to work closely with team members. • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and provide leadership and direction to college teams for the implementation process. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 1+ years of related experience working with PeopleSoft HCM in a Higher Education setting. • 1+ years of related experience working with Business Intelligence software, specific to HR analytics.
