REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS:
5 years' experience in servicing a variety of loans, both consumer and commercial
Knowledge of commercial bank operations, policies and procedures
Must be highly organized
Proficient use of MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Advanced problem solving skills
Process ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
