QUALIFICATIONS • 5 + years varied experience in leading IT initiatives. • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Management related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. • Working knowledge of ERP or Automated Systems for higher education. • 5+ years of related experience. • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, vendors and customers. • A team-oriented person with the ability to work effectively with team members.
