Girl Scouts of Western Washington (www.GirlScoutsWW.org) is seeking a Director of Outreach to supervise the activities of four Outreach Program Managers. This is a team that delivers predominately staff-led Girl Scout programs focused on girls attending low income schools, girls with incarcerated parents and girls living in public housing. The ideal applicant will have previous experience managing youth program operations and in working effectively with people from a variety of cultures, has experience managing grant-funded programs, and has strong supervisory experience. Experience with girl-focused youth programming is strongly preferred. This is a full-time position that can be based either in either the DuPont or Seattle office.
