Sales Coordinator/Analyst (Contract)
in Redmond, WA
Bluehawk Consulting is a leading provider of management consulting services for Fortune 500 companies. The company is currently looking for a short-term (3 month assignment) sales coordinator resource to help support the Digital Ads Demand Team through a Mobile Pilot running this summer.
Core Responsibilities include:
· Proposal Prep - Generating proposal templates and proposals (via tool) in conjunction with Demand analytics teams
· Analytics - Use a feature adoption scorecard to identify opt-in opportunities
· Reporting - Pull Keyword reports from Digital Ads Intelligence Tool
· Insights - Provide PC vs. Mobile coverage insight, and some associated analysis
Core skills:
Resource is more upstream than the Account Manager, and more downstream than the Demand Analytics Teams.
· Tool – Familiarity with a Digital Ads Intelligence Tool (DAI)
· Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, and asking questions as appropriate
· Time Management -- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
· Coordination -- Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
Qualifications:
· 4-8 years of work experience
· High customer service orientation
· Superb communication both written and verbal
· Outstanding problem solving skills and passion to solve hard problems.
· Ability to work independently, collaborating across multiple teams
