OnlineShoes.com is looking for a world class Customer Service Representative who LOVES shoes, apparel and accessories! We are looking for someone who has a flexible schedule because we are available to our customers 24 hours a day, 365 days a year! We are looking for someone who can set the bar high when it comes to providing amazing service and knock the socks off of our customers… just not the shoes!
This position on average will have a 30 hour work week; however, hours will flex based on business needs and will likely flex up during the holiday. This position is responsible for meeting our customers’ footwear needs! Our Customer Service Representatives assist customers via phone and email with multiple service needs such as: placing orders, assisting customers with exchanges, being footwear and product experts answering merchandise questions, and resolving other service related issues; most importantly deliver surprise and delight with every customer contact!
