CMO is recruiting to fill two non-permanent and full-time Maintenance Mechanic 2 (EB17E & FS41E) (CARPENTER DUTIES) located at Fircrest RHC in Shoreline, WA.
These appointments may last up to six (6) months and the work hours are 6:30am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
At Fircrest RHC, a residential habilitation center (RHC) for people with intellectual disabilities, performs skilled, journey-level carpentry and mechanical repairs, modifications, renovations and design/build/installation for special apparatus.
· Work takes place in a 24/7 residential habilitation center serving people with intellectual disabilities.
· Will have contact with individuals who are intellectually disabled and may exhibit challenging behaviors, clients with a dual diagnosis of intellectual disability and mental illness, including aggression and/or community protection issues and/or client with health issues.
