Key responsibilities include:

Provide treatment and nursing care for an assigned caseload of adolescent to geriatric individuals, of both genders, all of which possess developmental disabilities and/or other neurological, physiological, and mental health disorders.

Develop and manage nursing care plans, to help improve or maintain health;

Medication administration for the department;

Assist physician and RN with treatment and physical exams;

Assist with preparation and participate in Individual Habilitation Plans, Individual Plans of Care, case conferences, and other meetings; and

May supervise and direct resident assistants where allowed by state licensure regulations.

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Current and valid Washington State License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
and One (1) year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
