This position works in the fast-paced Brand Advertising & Marketing department. Essential duties include:
- Serves as the production coordinator for diverse projects including events, web and social media projects, print projects and advertising.
- Routes work in-progress to reviewers, secures and negotiates with outside vendors such as printers, and handles the hand-off of jobs to printers and media outlets.
- Helps juggle conflicting priorities by scheduling, negotiating due dates and eliminating roadblocks that impede workflow.

- Strong ability to develop work flow plans/analysis and to execute those within a team environment
The Traffic Coordinator position is interesting, challenging and rewarding. The successful candidate will have two+ years of higher education or vocational training, or equivalent, specializing in project management or a related field. Two (2) to four (4) years of production experience on a marketing team is desirable, especially print production and managing online projects. Administrative skills, experience monitoring budgets, and customer service skills are a plus. Must have strong computer skills, ideally including project management software like BaseCamp and proficiency with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level. The annual recruitment range is from $50,500 to $53,000.
