Service Linen Supply is a growing company with customers in Washington and Oregon.  We have been in business at the same Renton location since 1946.  As one of two Customer Support Representatives, you will help customers over the phone by providing product, service and account information; resolving product and service problems.  This individual will be responsible for delivering and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through:

  • Answering phones, taking and entering customer orders.
  • Data Management: entering, updating client information and setting up of new customer accounts.
  • Organizing, entering and scanning customer contracts.
  • Providing administrative support to the Vice President of Service and Key Account Managers.
  • Providing account specific instructions to Route Managers and processing their paperwork during daily checkouts
  • Resolving customer service calls timely and effectively
  • Answering product and service questions on the phone; suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Providing administrative support to Sales team through recording account and contract information.
  • Maintaining customer records by updating account information that comes in over the phone or is turned in by team members.
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrections or adjustments; and following up with the V.P. of Service to ensure appropriate resolution.
  • Collecting information, tracking issues, and analyzing customer needs to propose best solutions for customers and Service team
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing customer and Service related tasks as needed.

Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of related experience that would translate to this position or direct experience in client support, account management or customer service management
  • Data entry or computer experience required
  • Excellent verbal communication skills 
  • Must be able to stay organized with great a memory and attention to detail
  • Need to be able to multitask while maintaining accuracy of data entry in a fast-paced environment
