MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 5 years of energy management project experience or formal energy management training with 7 years of energy management project experience.
- Demonstrated project and/or program management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional Engineer License
- AEE Certified Energy Manager
- Energy auditing and project development experience
- Commissioning experience
- Experience in aspects of program development, including understanding both internal and external processes necessary to market, sell, deliver, verify and track program activity.
- Customer service experience
- Utility industry experience
