· High school education or equivalent.
· Extensive experience using word-processing, spreadsheet, database, and presentation software.
- Previous administrative support experience.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Experience supporting Human Resource organizations, including Benefits and Training functions.
· Experience with complex billing review and invoice processing.
· Experience coordinating logistics for multiple training sessions and meetings.
· SAP experience.
· Experience working in a utility.
· Advanced Excel skills.
· Superior attention to detail.
