LEAD SITE MAINTENANCE TECH - Seattle

 

Oversee the maintenance function of all PetroCard sites. Ensure a high level of customer service through highly maintained sites and equipment through positive, courteous interaction with customers by performing the following duties

 

  • Oversee maintenance and repair on equipment, grounds and buildings at our 30 Western Washington Cardlock fueling locations.
  • Supervise site maintenance technicians and assign daily work assignments and projects.
  • Handle customer complaints concerning assigned PetroCard sites.
  • Meet all requirements for DOE, EAP, PSCAA, Fire Marshal and Weights and Measures.
  • Negotiate and interact with vendors to request bids for purchase of parts, equipment and field services.
  • Respond, evaluate and supervise cleaning of diesel and gasoline spills and waste material handling.
  • Assign daily work assignments or projects to site maintenance techs.
  • Fill in for site maintenance tech when needed.
  • Manage expenditures in accordance with fiscal and capital budgets.
  • Develop plans and schedules to site upgrades and annual testing.
  • On call 24 hours a day.
  • Assist with site repairs when needed.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as requested by management.

Location:                    Greater Seattle Metropolitan area

Job Requirements:    We require a self-starter with at least 5+ years prior petroleum industry experience; supervisory experience; troubleshooting and maintaining experience with dispensers, tanks, leak detection systems and fuel control systems.  Solid computer, verbal/written communication skills. Must have a good driving record. Company vehicle provided.

SITE MAINTENANCE TECH - Snohomish

 

Ensure a high level of customer service through highly maintained sites and equipment through positive, courteous interaction with customers by performing the following duties.

 

  • Performs light maintenance on pumps and buildings.
  • Checks gas and diesel pumps daily to make sure hoses, nozzles and pumps are in working properly.
  • Cleans diesel and gasoline spills.
  • Replaces gas and diesel filters as needed.
  • Paint sites as needed.
  • Repair or replace burnt out lights.
  • Restocks towels and window cleaner, empties trash, and picks up refuse.
  • Pressure washes pumps and islands to loosen and remove dirt and other debris.
  • Wipe down dispensers, nozzles, fitting and card reader daily.
  • Complete daily work log to meet all requirement for DOE & PSCAA.
  • Meet all requirements for State Environmental and Fire Marshall Regulations.
  • Assist with repairs when needed.
  • Perform special projects as needed
  • On call 24 hours a day.
  • Assists in the calibration of pumps or dispensers as needed
  • Inform supervisor when storage tanks have water or active alarms

Job Requirements:    We require a self-starter with at least 2 years prior petroleum or service station maintenance experience; experience with electronics is a plus, must have a good driving record. Company vehicle provided.

MOBILE FLEET FUELER – Stanwood & Marysville

 

Drives tank truck to deliver gasoline to above and below ground tanks, refrigeration units, directly into on road and off road vehicles and railroad equipment by performing the following duties.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Performs pre-trip inspection of truck.
  • Drives truck into position to fill at loading rack.
  • Read gauges or meters and records quantity loaded.
  • Delivers fuel to fleet fueling customers on a daily schedule.
  • Records amount of fuel delivered in the AWE system and prints a receipt for each customer.
  • Purges fuel from truck into the proper UST during and after shift is completed.
  • Upholds Department of Transportation safety standards.
  • Maintains communication with immediate manager.
  • Maintains environmental safety requirements.

·       Maintain good customer relations.


 

Position Available:     Full-Time

Location:                    Stanwood and Marysville

Hours:             Swing Shift

Requires:

Prefer 2 years of C.D.L

TWIC Card

Class B with tank and hazmat endorsement

Fuel tanker experience preferred
